By using our website, booking a delivery or pick-up, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms.​

2. Relationship to the Rental Agreement

​

These Terms govern your use of the Totely Rentals website, scheduling tools, and online interactions.
The Rental Agreement governs all rental activity, including delivery, pick-up, extensions, fees, and equipment use.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement controls.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to place an order.

 

4. Account Responsibility

​

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not share your password
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

​You are responsible for ensuring that all account information, including delivery address, contact details, and payment information, is accurate and up to date.

5. Payment Authorization & Card-on-File Consent

​

By placing an order, creating an account, or providing a payment method to Totely Rentals, you authorize the following:

 

1. Secure Storage of Payment Method

You authorize Totely Rentals and its third-party payment processor (Wix Payments) to securely store your payment method until all amounts owed under your order, these Terms, and the Rental Agreement have been paid in full. Saved payment methods may be used for future authorized charges related to your rental.

 

2. Charges Related to Your Order and Rental Agreement
You authorize Totely Rentals to charge your saved payment method for all amounts owed under your order, these Terms, and the Rental Agreement, as applicable, including but not limited to:
• Rental fees
• Delivery and pick-up fees
• Stairway handling fees
• Expanded service area fees
• Wait-time fees
• Rental extensions

 

3. Authorization for Incidental Charges
You authorize Totely Rentals to charge your saved payment method for any incidental charges that occur during or after your rental period, including:
• Damage to totes or equipment
• Lost or stolen items
• Excessive cleaning beyond normal use
• Late return fees
• Replacement costs

 

4. Manually Provided Payment Information
If you provide payment information by phone or through customer service, you authorize Totely Rentals to enter and securely store that payment method for charges described in these Terms and the Rental Agreement.

 

5. Continuing Authorization
This authorization remains in effect until all amounts owed to Totely Rentals are paid in full. You agree not to dispute any charges that fall within the Rental Agreement or these Terms.

 

6. Service Area

We provide services within the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities. Our specific service areas are determined by zip codes. Service areas are subject to change. Please visit our website to see current zip codes within our service area.

 

7. Communication Consent

 

By using our services, you consent to receive emails, text messages, and phone calls related to:

• Your orders
• Delivery and pick-up updates
• Account information
• Policy or terms updates

 

Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing messages at any time, but essential service-related messages will still be sent.

 

8. Privacy

Totely Rentals does not sell your personal information.

Your information is used only for:
• Processing and fulfilling orders
• Delivery and pick-up communications
• Customer support
• Internal service improvements

 

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All payment information is processed and stored securely by our third-party payment processor.

Third-party service providers (payment processors, hosting providers, scheduling tools, etc.) may access limited data as needed to perform their services and are required to protect it.

You agree not to:

​Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

​If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Rental Agreement, form the entire agreement between you and Totely Rentals LLC and supersede any prior understandings or communications.
