What You Get with Your Rental

​

• Clean, ready-to-use totes and moving equipment
• Delivery to your driveway, curb, lobby, or ground-level entry
• A reminder as your delivery window approaches
• Simple pickup when you’re finished
• Normal cleaning included in your rental

​

What We Ask from You

​

• Be present for delivery and pickup (unless we approve unattended service in writing)
• Have your totes and equipment ready and accessible at the scheduled pickup time
• Provide accurate access details (gate codes, stairs, parking, special instructions)
• Remove the removable labels before pickup unless otherwise approved
• Return all equipment in good condition, without excessive spills, residue, or damage

Delivery & Pickup Basics

​

• We deliver throughout the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding communities shown on our website
• Delivery windows are approximate and may vary due to traffic or routing
• Severe weather or unsafe road conditions may require us to adjust or reschedule at no extra charge
• For safety and liability reasons, we do not enter private residences
• Stairs, long walks, difficult driveways, limited parking, or similar conditions may require an added handling or access fee

Rental Period, Extensions & Late Returns

​

• Your rental period starts the day we deliver your order
• You can request an extension if you need the totes longer
• Extensions requested close to your pickup date may include a small last-minute extension fee
• If equipment is not ready or accessible at pickup time and no extension is in place, late fees and weekly extension charges may apply
• If equipment is not returned for an extended period with no resolution, replacement fees may apply

Cancellations

​

• 24 hours or more before delivery: Receive refund minus a $25 cancellation processing fee
• Less than 24 hours before delivery: Receive refund equal to 50% of the order total 
• If severe weather, road closures, or other events outside anyone’s control prevent delivery, we may reschedule without fees

​

Equipment Care

​

Normal use is expected and normal scuffs are not considered damage. We may charge a fee only if:

​

• There is structural damage (cracks, broken wheels, or similar issues)

• Totes or equipment are returned with heavy residue, spills, liquids, or conditions beyond normal use
• There are strong odors, stains, or contamination
• Items are missing at pickup

​

Proper Use of Totes & Equipment

​

To protect our equipment and keep it clean and safe for all customers, please do not use totes for:

​

• Live animals
• Hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials
• Marijuana
• Perishable foods
• Unsealed liquids
• Items that may melt, leak, stain, or otherwise damage equipment

​

Weight & Stacking Guidelines

​

• Maximum weight: 100 lb per tote
• Do not stack more than 5 totes high
• Totes may be used on standard hand trucks
• Tote dollies are designed to be used with Totely totes (27-inch / large)

​

Responsibility & Liability

​

While the equipment is in your possession (including during any approved unattended drop-off), you are responsible for:

​

• Preventing theft, loss, or vandalism
• Using the equipment properly and within guidelines
• Securing equipment during transport in vehicles or buildings

​

Totely Rentals is not responsible for damage to your belongings, injuries from lifting or moving items, or property damage unrelated to the equipment itself.

​

Photos & Documentation

​

We may photograph equipment at delivery and pickup to help confirm counts and condition and to assist with any questions or disputes.

​

Payments & Possible Fees

​

Your payment method on file may be charged for:

​

• Rental fees and any approved extensions
• Missed appointment, waiting time, or reschedule fees
• Stair-handling or difficult access fees when applicable
• Excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement when needed
• Administrative or failed-payment fees as listed in our Fee Schedule
