Totely Rentals serves locations within approximately a 30-mile radius of our home base in Guthrie, Oklahoma. This includes areas such as Arcadia, Bethany, Edmond, Guthrie, Nichols Hills, Oklahoma City, Piedmont, and The Village. Our exact service area coverage is determined by select zip codes. Zip codes within our standard service area include delivery and pickup at no extra charge. Zip codes within our expanded service area incur a $35 surcharge per trip. Our standard (Large) heavy-duty attached-lid totes (included in every bundle) measure 27"×17"×12" and hold 18.5 gallons (2.5 cubic feet).
We also offer additional sizes in our Add-Ons collection:
• Medium Tote: 21"×15"×12" — 12.5 gallons (1.7 cubic feet)
• X-Large Tote: 28"×20"×15" — 28 gallons (3.8 cubic feet)
The short answer: It depends.
Our bundles are based on industry-standard recommendations that take into account the square footage and number of bedrooms in the space you are packing. If you have fewer belongings or live minimally, a smaller bundle may suit you just fine. If you tend to accumulate things or are a collector, consider sizing up. Think of our recommendations as a helpful starting point — not a one-size-fits-all rule.
Absolutely! All containers are cleaned and sanitized between each rental.
To ensure smooth scheduling, we recommend placing your order at least 2 days before you need your bundle delivered. We may be able to accommodate shorter notice, but an expedited delivery surcharge of $35 may apply.
You will be charged at the time you submit your order online.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your order, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. To change your delivery date and/or time window, please use the reschedule/cancel link provided in your appointment confirmation email or send us an email u(info@totelyrentals.com)s to request a change to your order.
To be eligible to receive a refund, contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Please note that a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs.
Orders canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will receive a refund equal to 50% of the original order total.
1. Confirm your delivery and pickup locations are within our service area.
2. Schedule delivery date and time window - receive confirmation email.
3. Click link in appointment confirmation to return to ordering page.
4. Select your rental duration. (1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks)
5. Select your bundle size.
6. Select any add-on rental items, add-on purchase items and any applicable surcharges.
7. Continue to cart and complete check out - receive 2nd confirmation email for your order.
8. Experience a better way to pack and move.
We get it — sometimes plans change. If you need to keep your rental equipment longer than originally scheduled, please give us at least 24 hours notice.(info@totelyerentals.com) (info@totelyerentals.com)Extensions are subject to availability and, if approved, will be billed on a weekly basis at the additional-weekly-rate for your bundle size, plus any additional weekly charges for accessories that were included in your order. Extension requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a last-minute change fee of $35. Your payment method on file will be charged at the time the extension is confirmed.

We prefer that someone is present at the time of delivery and pickup. However, if you have a secure location where the equipment can be left, we may be able to make special arrangements - please contact us in advance to coordinate. Once delivered, you are responsible for the equipment, including any loss or damage.
Delivery and pickup within our standard area are included with your initial bundle order. For locations within our expanded delivery area, a $35 surcharge applies, per trip. Please note: Each order includes one delivery and one pickup for the full order (including optional equipment). If an extra trip is required – for example, if nobody is available to receive the delivery or if the equipment isn’t ready for pickup at the specified time – an additional $35 trip charge will apply in addition to any necessary rental extension charges.
